05CuPCrNi material for boiler body
05CUPCRNI material, carbon steel plate is a kind of steel plate, and it is the abbreviation of common carbon structural steel. The carbon steel plate belongs to a large category of steel, including Q235, SS400, A36, SM400, ST37-2, etc. Due to the different names in various countries, the carbon steel standards implemented are also different. The ordinary carbon structural steel, 05CUPCRNI material is mainly used for construction machinery, mining machinery, heavy vehicles, bridges, pressure vessel plate and other engineering structures.
In January, 2019, our South Africa customer purchased 669 tons S235J2+N carbon steel plates to use in their tank fabrication project . S235J2 steel, as a non-alloy structural steel grade, is mainly used in structural projects and tanks. J2 symbol -20 temperature impact test. The client required CEV 0.38%, S≤0.01%, 100% UT, Charpy V-notch impact test at-20℃, Z25 for S235J2+N plates. After they receiving the S235J2+N steel plates, the customer are very satisfied with the quality of this batch of 05CUPCRNI material products.
05CUPCRNI material, Wear-resistant steel plate has good heat resistance:The alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under ≤600℃. If vanadium, molybdenum and other alloys are added to the alloy wear-resistant layer, it can withstand high temperature wear of ≤800℃. The recommended operating temperature is as follows: Ordinary carbon steel base plate is recommended to be used in working conditions not higher than 380℃; Low-alloy heat-resistant steel plates (15CrMo, 12Cr1MOV, etc.) substrates are recommended to be used in working conditions not higher than 540℃; The heat-resistant stainless steel substrate is recommended to be used at no higher than 800℃.
It is a modern high-tech professional enterprise integrating scientific research, 05CUPCRNI material production and sales. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture, installation and commissioning of boiler and pressure vessel, chemical, metallurgical, petroleum and other equipment, as well as 05CUPCRNI material process technology development, technology transfer and related technical consulting and technical services.
