GB/T1591-2018 Q355NB is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel. This steel has high strength, good fatigue resistance; high toughness and low brittle transition temperature; good cold forming performance and welding performance; good corrosion performance and certain wear resistance. Steel 08CUPVRE plate products are delivered in hot rolled, normalized, normalized rolled or thermomechanical rolled (TMCP) state.

According to GB 11251 technical standard, the chemical composition of 40Cr structural steel plate is as follow: Carbon content is 0.37-0.44 %, Silicon content is 0.17-0.37%, Manganese content is 0.50-0.80%, Chrome content is 0.80-1.10%. 40Cr steel is usually in shape of 40Cr steel plates and bars. 08CUPVRE plate, GB 11251 is for 40Cr structural steel plate with thickness range of 4-30mm. The tensile strength of 40Cr structural steel plate is 550-800Mpa. And its min. Elongation is 16%.

In the year of 2015, customer from Peru oil refinery contact with us from Internet. After one month’s negotiation and quotation, they chose us as there supplier of raw steel plate 08CUPVRE plate grade ASTM A36. We get an trail order of 300 tons in April. When the first ship arrived, they inspect the steel plate and very happy with the quality we supply. Then they put another 1700 tons order, we sent to them within 90 days. Our company management group visit the customer in the beginning of 2016 and the visit is very successful.
