Wear Resistant Steel Plate refers to a special plate product designed for use under large-area wear conditions. At present, the commonly used wear-resistant plates are made of ordinary low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity by surfacing welding with a certain thickness of alloy wear-resistant layer with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. In addition, there are cast wear plates 08CUPVRE steel thickness and alloy quenched wear plates.

The difference between Q195 steel and 20# steel: 08CUPVRE steel thickness, Q195 steel is ordinary carbon structural steel, in which alloy elements are not specially added, and it is mainly used for construction and engineering structures. Q195 steel has low carbon and manganese content, low strength, good plasticity, high toughness, and good process performance and weldability. 20# steel is high-quality carbon structural steel. Alloy elements are not specially added to 20# steel, and it is mainly used in the manufacture of machine structures, and the amount of use is particularly large. 20# steel has higher strength than Q195 steel, good weldability, no temper brittleness, and its workability can be improved by water quenching.

In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, 08CUPVRE steel thickness I beam and other profile steel to local market.
