Our steel pipes include four major types which are seamless pipe, ERW pipe, LSAW pipe, SSAW pipe, 09CUPTIRE-A grade tbt. Seamless pipe supply scope is OD 10.3mm--965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--60mm. The ERW pipes production range from OD 21.3mm--660mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--16mm. LSAW pipes can supply with OD 406mm--1524mm, wall thickness 6mm--50mm. SSAW pipes can produce maximum OD 3500mm, minimum OD 219.1mm, wall thickness 3.2--25.4mm.

When phosphorus, copper, chromium, nickel and other trace elements are added to the steel, 09CUPTIRE-A grade tbt, a dense and strong adhesive protective film will be formed on the steel surface, which will prevent the corrosion from spreading and developing inward, and protect the substrate under the rust layer, so as to slow down the corrosion rate. The amorphous spinel oxide layer of about 50 μ m ~ 100 μ m thickness formed between the rust layer and the substrate is compact and has good adhesion with the substrate metal.

Hot Rolled Plates 09CUPTIRE-A grade tbt MachiningAfter final forging/forming and Heat treatment process, all the pipe Fittings, Flanges, Fasteners, Etc. are sent for machining i.e. and preparation, O/D and I/D matching as per dimensional codes. An Expert Q.C. engineer is involved and he keeps constant vigil on every machining operation. Step machining is carried out as required by the codes. GO and NO-GO gauges are used to check the O/D & I/D of the fittings, Flanges, etc.
