09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades dimensions can be customized or changed by cutting
After 1975, our equipment includes blast furnaces, electric furnaces, vacuum refining furnaces, and electroslag furnaces. The product varieties are relatively complete. Plates, 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades tubes, wires, belts, and profiles have a certain scale, including magnetic, elastic, expanded, bimetal and other precision alloy materials for national defense and electronics industries. In 1982, these plants produced 364,000 tons of 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades steel and 542,000 tons of steel.
When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
What is the difference between 20G and 20# steel grade? The difference between 20G and 20# steel is very big. The chemical elements, mechanical properties, service environment and price of 20G and 20# steel are very different. 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades, 20G and 20# steel can not be compared. They are not of the same grade level, and can not be replaced by each other. 20# steel is high quality carbon structural steel, 20G steel is high pressure boiler steel. 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades, 20# steel does not bear pressure, while the use temperature of 20G steel is 450~480℃.
20Mn2 steel has medium strength, and the properties of 20Mn2 steel and 20Cr steel are similar. The impact toughness and weldability of 20Mn2 steel at low temperature are better than those of 20Cr steel. The plasticity and machinability of 20Mn2 steel are high during cold deformation. The hardenability of 20Mn2 steel is higher than that of corresponding carbon steel, 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades. Chemical composition of 20Mn2 steel: C: 0.17-0.24, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 1.40-1.80. Mechanical properties of 20Mn2 steel: tensile strength ≥ 785 MPa, yield strength ≥ 590 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 10%, section expansion rate ≥ 40%, impact absorbed energy ≥ 47J.
We have lots of successful cases, for example in July 2015, we exported 5714 tons ASTM A36 mild steel plate to Peru. After receiving the plates and putting then into use, our customer spoke highly of the ASTM A36 mild steel plate quality. In addition, the customer also introduced us an Venezuela customer, who bought 933 tons A36 steel 09CuPTiRE-B equivalent grades plate from us. And then in Mar. 2016, due to the first cooperation in July 2015 is very successful. The customer is very satisfied with our product quality and comprehensive service. This time, the customer place an 3989 tons order directly.
