09CuPTiRE-B material equivalent sheet

Is there a difference between seamless steel pipe and ordinary steel pipe? The general requirements of 09CuPTiRE-B material equivalent ordinary steel pipe are not so high, which are used in ordinary buildings or structures. According to the different materials and standards, seamless steel pipe will have different application environment. For example, seamless steel pipe for boiler requires pressure value. Seamless steel pipe for petroleum cracking also has its own corresponding national standard. Seamless steel pipe can be divided into fluid pipe, gas cylinder pipe, boiler pipe, oil pipe, automobile steel pipe, ship pipe, structural pipe, etc.

The 09CuPTiRE-B material equivalent atmospheric corrosion resistance of high weather resistant structural steel is better than that of welding structural weathering steel, and is mainly used for bolt connection, riveting and welding structural parts for vehicles, containers, buildings, towers and other structures. But the welding performance of welding structural weathering steel is better than that of high weather resistant structural steel, and the welding structural weathering steel is mainly used for welding structural parts for bridges, buildings and other structures.

Hydrogen (H) is the most harmful element in general steel such as 09CuPTiRE-B material equivalent. Hydrogen dissolved in steel will cause hydrogen embrittlement, white spots and other defects. Hydrogen, like oxygen and nitrogen, has very little solubility in solid steel. It dissolves into liquid steel at high temperature, and accumulates in the structure without time to escape when cooling, forming high-pressure micro pores, which greatly reduce the plasticity, toughness and fatigue strength of steel, and even cause cracks and brittle fracture in severe cases. "Hydrogen embrittlement" mainly occurs in martensitic steel, but not very prominent in ferrite steel, and generally increases with hardness and carbon content.

The unloading of Australian coal has ceased, and the quota for imported coal has been reduced. The domestic coal supply gap has gradually emerged. In the case of high inventories of power plants, there are hidden concerns about subsequent coal transfer channels. At present, there has been an increase in the number of ships that have completed the formalities of anchoring ships at Qin Port and Huanghua Port, indicating that a new round of procurement will kick off, prompting traders to continue to raise prices.
