GB 3531 09MnNiDR material is Manganese-Nickel alloy steel. The low temperature impacting test shall be done for 09MnNiDR centigrade, the impacting energy value should above 34 J. These 09CuPTiRE-B steel tensile plates are thus tested twice by BBN steel. The tests are conducted to ensure the correct working of the object to know whether there is any change in the properties or not.
