09CuPTiRE-B steel thickness equivalent GB standard material
We have 4 typical production lines 09CuPTiRE-B steel thickness, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. The Seamless pipe production line range is OD 10.3mm-965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm-60mm, Annual capacity is 500 thousand tons. LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm-1524mm, wall thickness 6mm-50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons.
The company's ESP thin gauge is down to 0.6mm. The thinner the thickness of the 09CuPTiRE-B steel thickness, hot rolled steel product, the more difficult it is to roll. The thickness will encounter increased load, severe vibration of the rolling mill, difficult shape control, and fluttering of the head during the downdraft. There are many problems such as difficulty in getting bite, which limit the thinnest size that can be rolled by hot rolling. At present, the thinnest gauge of conventional rolling line is 1.2mm, and the thinnest gauge of CSP production line is about 1.0mm. The successful rolling of 0.6mm hot rolled steel product is a milestone in hot rolled steel strip technology.
Oxygen (O) is a harmful element in steel such as 09CuPTiRE-B steel thickness. Although manganese, silicon, iron and aluminum are added to deoxidize the steel at the end of steelmaking, they can not be removed completely. During the solidification of molten steel, the reaction of oxygen and carbon in the solution will produce carbon monoxide, which can cause bubbles. Oxygen mainly exists in the form of FeO, MnO, SiO2, Al2O3 and other inclusions in the steel, which reduces the strength and plasticity of the steel. Especially, it has serious influence on fatigue strength and impact toughness.
"A588 Gr B steel plate executive standard: ASTM A588/A588M.Delivery status of A588 Gr B steel plate: hot rolled, normalized, tempered, normalized + tempered, quenched and tempered. Different delivery status can be selected according to different needs.09CuPTiRE-B steel thickness, A588 Gr A, A588 Gr B, A588 Gr C steels are used for welding, riveting and bolting structures."
