Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.

According to the different heating and melting methods of wear-resistant steel plate, 09CuPTiRE-B weathering, wear-resistant steel plate also has its own melting welding method. Cast welding is an earlier welding method, which uses the heat released during the oxidation of thermite or magnesium thermite to melt metal: its characteristics are simple equipment and operation, but for wear-resistant steel plate, the welding quality is not high. It is only used to repair the workpiece.
