09CUPTIRE-A mechanical properties, 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion-resistant steel plate belongs to ordinary low-alloy steel and steel for engineering structures; it is a high-strength corrosion-resistant steel plate. The combination of Cu and P can resist atmospheric corrosion. In addition, there are Cr and Ni, both of which are used in stainless steel. 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion-resistant steel plate is used to manufacture structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms, and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in chemical petroleum equipment.

The visual inspection (VI) or visual detection method is to scan the surface of the steel plate through a machine vision system (CCD line camera), convert the captured target into an image signal, and send it to a dedicated image 09CUPTIRE-A mechanical properties processing system, which converts it into a digital signal based on pixel distribution and brightness, color and other information. The system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the operation of the equipment on the spot according to the result of the discrimination. In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, 09CUPTIRE-A mechanical properties I beam and other profile steel to local market.
