Compared with hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel, ordinary steel plate, ship plate has better resistance to wind and wave. In the ocean, there are often big winds and big waves. If the performance advantage of ship plate is not prominent, it is easy to be damaged by big waves. The service life of ship plate is longer than that of ordinary steel plate. Because of its excellent performance, the ship plate can be used for a long time. Some waste ships can remove the ship plate for recycling. The price of ship plate is higher than ordinary steel plate.

In the cutting process of wear-resistant plate, hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel, the steel plate is processed first, because the steel plate is cut after cutting and marking; the commonly used cutting methods for wear-resistant plate are CNC flame cutting and numerical control water cutting, the cost of numerical control flame cutting is not very high, it belongs to primary processing, and its processing range is from 3 mm to 100 mm steel plate. And numerical control water cutting is mainly used under the condition that cutting is required not to deform.

In 30th,Dec,2018--2th,Jan,2019, One Malaysian customer come to visit our factory to inspect their goods about CCS-AH36 steel plate. This customer is a famous shipyard in Malaysia. Their company has the business scope of tourism, hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel shipbuilding, transportation and so on. As a terminal manufacturer, they have strict requirements on quality . After visiting our factory, the customer are very satisfied with the quality of this batch of products.
