How to distinguish authenticity of 08cupvre steel hardness
In line with the service concept of "honesty first, customer first" and the service tenet of "all for customer satisfaction", the company adopts the acceptance and response mode of combining manual and automatic, and accepts the diversified service demands of customer business consultation, complaint declaration, business acceptance, etc. through telephone, fax, e-mail, visit, letter, etc.
Good impact resistance. Wear resistant composite steel plate uses low carbon steel or low alloy, stainless steel and other toughness as the base material. The 08CUPVRE steel hardness metal material not only has good wear resistance, but also can withstand the impact and wear of falling from high to low in the transportation process. It has good heat resistance. Vanadium, molybdenum and other 08CUPVRE steel hardness alloy materials are added into the alloy wear-resistant layer during the manufacturing process, so it can be used and worn at high temperature ≤ 800 ℃. Compared with ordinary 08CUPVRE steel hardness carbon steel substrate, it can only be used below 380 ℃, while low alloy heat-resistant steel plate can work below 540 ℃. This shows how high the heat resistance coefficient of wear-resistant steel plate is. Good corrosion resistance.
08CUPVRE steel hardness, A572 Grade 50 steel with the thickness range is 1.2-600mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the A572 Grade 50 steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. For A572 Grade 50 steel, the C element content is 0.23%, the Si element content is 0.4% max, the Mn element content is 1.35% max, the P element content is 0.004% max, the S element content is 0.05% max, the V element content is 0.06%, the Ni element content is 0.015%, the Co element content is 0.05%.
Both parties shall confirm the 08CUPVRE steel hardness material object and the quality of the products, confirm the reasons for the defects and the quality of the products, and sign the quality inspection agreement. Major quality objections shall be reported to relevant leaders in a timely manner, and shall be discussed and solved with the 08CUPVRE steel hardness steel plant.
