How to improve the quality of special shaped grade 09CuPCrNi-B cutting parts

Iran's crude grade 09CUPCRNI-B steel production in March amounted to 6.75 million mt. up by 13.2 percent year on year. The CIS registered a grade 09CUPCRNI-B crude steel output of 25.15 million mt. falling by 0.6 on year-on-year basis, with Russia producing 17.9 million mt, down by one percent, and Ukraine producing 5.32 million mt, falling by 3.4 percent, both on year-on-year basis.

The main challenges facing the current low-carbon development of the steel industry are as follows: First, insufficient energy resource endowments, coal and coke account for nearly 90% of energy input. Second, the crude steel output is relatively large, accounting for more than half of the global output. Third, there are a large number of enterprises, with more than 500 enterprises with smelting capabilities, and their structure and level are quite different. Fourth, the carbon emission mechanism is complex, involving multiple carbon emission mechanisms such as energy combustion emissions, indirect emissions corresponding to electricity and heat consumption.

The advantages of grade 09CUPCRNI-B, medium and thick boiling steel plate: The surface is relatively smooth, the quality is good, and it is easy to process. Because medium and thick boiling steel plate does not have concentrated shrinkage holes, the amount of deoxidizer is small, and boiling steel plate price is lower than other steel plates. Disadvantages of medium and thick boiling steel plate: it has a lot of gas content and impurities, it is not easy to weld, and its bearing capacity is worse than other steel plates, so it is not suitable for parts that need to bear gravity.
