For low or medium carbon steel, normalizing can improve hardness and machinability. For 09CuPCrNi-A stel tensile strength medium carbon steel and low alloy steel, normalizing can refine grain and uniform structure and reduce hardness. 09CuPCrNi-A stel tensile strength, 15CrMo alloy steel is Chinese material. It is characterized by high Chrome and Molybdenum contents. The 15CrMo alloy steel chrome content is 0.80-1.10, and molybdenum content is 0.40-0.55. Besides, 15CrMo carbon content is 0.12-0.18, silicon content is 0.17-0.37, manganese content is 0.40-0.70. The heating temperatures for quenching and tempering of 15CrMo alloy steel are 900 and 650 centigrade respectively. The yield point of 15CrMo alloy steel is 295Mpa.
