Normalized treatment material of 09CuPCrNi-A

The related factors of material of 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate cutting are mainly steel plate material, steel plate specific use and steel plate cutting requirements, so it can be said that there are many related factors. Different processing methods, such as finish machining and rough machining, choose different material of 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate cutting methods. Wire cutting or plasma cutting is used for finishing and flame cutting is used for rough machining. Therefore, it can be concluded that the steel plate cutting methods selected under different processing methods are different.

Affected by the weak futures performance and weak spot follow-up, the steel billet price is temporarily stable. The overall growth trend of China's material of 09CuPCrNi-A is slowing down, and the demand in the north is lower than that in the south. Under the background of economic recovery, the demand toughness still exists, the resource inventory is tight, and the actual willingness of the spot merchants to let the price is not obvious. The price of material of 09CuPCrNi-A is expected to be adjusted and operated stably.

The sulfur element (S element) comes from the ore and fuel coke of steelmaking. It is a harmful element in material of 09CuPCrNi-A etc. steel. Sulfur exists in steel in the form of iron sulfide (FeS). FeS and Fe form a low melting point (985℃) compound. The hot working temperature of steel is generally above 1150 - 1200℃, so when the steel is hot working, the premature melting of FeS compound causes the workpiece to crack, which is called "hot brittleness". It reduces ductility and toughness of steel and causes cracks during forging and rolling. Sulfur is also detrimental to welding performance and reduces corrosion resistance.

Q355NHE grade is a weather-resistant structural steel used in construction, bridges, and railway vehicles. Q represents yield strength, NH represents weather resistance, and E represents quality grade (A, B, C, D, E) composition. Q355NHE is an atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel plate, also called weather-resistant steel plate. It has the properties of high-quality steel such as strength, ductility, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature, and fatigue resistance.
