Properties 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment for seamless pipe

Pipeline steel plate API 5L Gr.B, 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70, X80 is a key steel material for manufacturing straight-seam submerged arc welded pipe for high-pressure long-distance natural gas pipeline. X80 pipeline steel is currently the highest-grade pipeline steel in engineering application in the world. The our company produced X80 pipeline steel plates are successfully used in natural gas pipeline project with the largest wall thickness and diameter.

The company adheres to the 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment external market, internal management, quality and efficiency oriented development path, and has achieved good economic and social benefits. With strong financial strength, advanced management experience, excellent sales service, strict quality management system and scientific overall marketing means, we will work hand in hand with you for common development. We are making all efforts working on the optimization of 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment quality and price and best service for all our customers.

Quenching is a common heat treatment process. It is the metal heat treatment process in which the 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment metal workpiece is heated to a proper temperature and kept for a period of time, then immersed in the quenching medium for rapid cooling. Quenching can improve the strength and hardness of steel in a large range, and adjust the coordination between 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment strength and hardness, plasticity and toughness. Quenching is generally used as the final heat treatment.

Alloy steel plate: The primary purpose of adding alloy elements to steel is to improve the hardenability of the steel, and it is easy to obtain martensite during quenching. The second is to improve the tempering stability of the steel to keep the martensite at a higher temperature, so that the carbides precipitated during the tempering of the quenched steel are smaller, uniform and stable. In this way, under the same conditions, alloy steel has higher strength than carbon steel, 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment.

The after-sales service personnel understand the user's ideas and needs in detail, and stand on the other side's position and interests. Actively communicate with users and help them solve practical problems. This not only solves the service problem, but also improves the customer's trust in the company.
