How to distinguish between hot rolled and cold rolled process?The hot-rolled steel sheet has low strength, easy production and processing, and good plasticity. The process performance of the hot-rolled steel plate is poor (air oxidation and low smoothness), but the plastic deformation is good. Generally, it is medium and thick plate, 09CuPTiRE-B steel grade, high compressive strength, high strength, and high surface smoothness.
