15Mo3 steel is a kind of pearlitic heat-resistant steel, which can still show its characteristics under high temperature and long time load. 15Mo3 steel is used for heating surface of 05CUPCRNI material low and medium pressure boiler (working pressure is generally not more than 5.88MPA, and working temperature is below 450 ℃). 15Mo3 steel is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, boiler and other industries. 15Mo3 steel is used to make reactor, heat exchanger, separator, spherical tank, oil and gas tank, liquefied gas tank, etc.
304 stainless steel plate products have strong corrosion resistance. For ordinary alkali solution and organic acid, inorganic acid has good corrosion resistance. This material 05CUPCRNI material is a high alloy steel, which can resist corrosion in air or chemical corrosive medium.
S355J2 steel plate rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the 05CUPCRNI material rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.As a basic building material, steel plates are currently widely used in automobiles, shipbuilding, chemical industry, aerospace and other fields. Reasonable selection of flaw detection methods to ensure the quality of 05CUPCRNI material steel plates is of great significance to safe production. Common defects of steel plates are folding, inclusion, shrinkage, air bubbles, delamination and cracks. These problems can be discovered in time through flaw detection.
JIS g3101:2004 ss540 structural steel angle contains 0.30% carbon and 1.60% manganese, which greatly improves the strength of steel. Compared with 05CUPCRNI material SS400 and ss490, ss540 has higher strength with yield strength of 400MPa and tensile strength of 540Mpa. High strength makes it popular in applications that require strength but weight is a problem.
