08CuPVRE weathering steel sold to Serbia
Corrosion-resistant steel plate significantly improves the corrosion resistance of structural parts and prolongs the service life of structural parts. It can be used to make various structural parts that work in atmospheric environments and corrosive gases and liquids. Plate 08CUPVRE weathering steel delivery status: According to performance and user needs, steel plates can be delivered in hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing, annealing, tempering, normalizing + tempering, quenching and tempering.
Under the action of the roller and the plug, a cavity is formed in the blank, which is called the blank. Then send it to the automatic tube rolling machine to continue rolling. Finally, the wall thickness of the whole machine is equalized and the diameter is calibrated by the sizing machine to meet the specification requirements. It is an advanced method to produce 08CUPVRE weathering steel, hot-rolled seamless steel tube by continuous rolling mill.
We have transportation department and shipping department to coordinate logistics and delivery. Seamless connection between inland transportation and sea transportation ensures smooth delivery, saves transportation time and delivers goods in the first time. During the sea transportation, we will update the freight progress for customers on a regular basis, so as to facilitate the tracking of customers and make preparations for receiving goods leisurely and timely.
Titanium microalloying is an element of 08CUPVRE weathering steel strengthening complex with carbon and nitrogen. The addition of micro amount of titanium in the steel can fix almost all nitrogen and part carbon in the steel, so as to eliminate the strain aging phenomenon and improve the aging impact performance of the steel. At the same time, it can refine the grains and change the morphology of the compounds. According to the atomic weight ratio of Ti and N in 08CUPVRE weathering steel tin formula (Ti = 3.4n), the content of Ti in steel should be controlled between 0.015 and 0.025%. Generally, the amount of ferrotitanium added to each ton of steel is 1kg.
