09CuPCrNi-A hardness worldwide equivalent grades

The company adheres to the 09CuPCrNi-A hardness business tenet of "integrity casting strength, cooperation creating win-win", takes value-added service of supply chain as the tenet, and under the premise of existing market, bulk trade, logistics distribution and other advantages, develops a new comprehensive steel industry model combined with informatization. And will continue to provide customers with high-quality steel products and good service. We sincerely welcome new and old customers to join hands with our company 09CuPCrNi-A hardness and seek common development!

SA36 carbon structural steel is a material belonging to the ASME boiler and pressure vessels. The products are produced in steel plates, steel sheets, steel bars, and section steels. The tensile strength is 400-550MPa; the yield point is greater than or equal to 250MPa. SA-36 steel production process: the steel is killed steel. Detailed specifications: 09CuPCrNi-A hardness thickness: 8-100mm, width: 1600-4020mm, length: 6000-17500mm. It is commonly used in the construction of bridges and buildings.

15Mo3 steel plate/sheet is one mainly of Steel for boiler steels.DIN 17155 15Mo3 steel is mainly used for boilers and pressure vessels with elevated temperatures which is equivalent to EN10028 16Mo3 and UNI5869 15Mo3, 15D3 (NFA 36205 ) and ASTM A204Gr.B.

Most common 09CuPCrNi-A hardness steel plates are rolled by hot rolling or controlled rolling. Compared with the general hot rolling process, the advantages of controlled rolling are: the strength and low temperature toughness of steel plates are greatly improved by controlled rolling to refine grains. In addition, the controlled rolling process can give full play to the role of Microalloying Elements Nb, V and Ti, not only play a role of precipitation strengthening, but also refine the grains, and improve the toughness of the rolled 09CuPCrNi-A hardness steel plates.

EN 10025-2 is standard for hot rolled products of structural steels. EN 10025-2 steel grades are 09CuPCrNi-A hardness, S235JR, S235J0, S235J2 (S235 series); S275JR, S275J0, S275J2 (S275 series); S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2 (S355 series); and S450J0. The numbers 235, 275, 355, 450 indicates the min. yield strength for thickness ≤16mm. For example, when the thickness ≤16mm, the min. yield strength for S235 series steel is 235Mpa, S275 series steel is 275Mpa, S355 series steel is 355Mpa, and S450J0 steel is 450Mpa.
