09CuPCrNi-B sheet coil, A 36, which one is better for construction?

API 5L is a specification for pipeline steel pipe formulated by the American Petroleum Institute. The main steel grades in API 5L are: A, B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70, X80, X90, X100, X120, etc. In API standard, pipeline steels are divided into PSL1 and PSL2. In the standard, there are slight differences in chemical composition, 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil mechanical properties, inspection items, acceptance standards, delivery status, etc between PSL1 and PSL2 steel. For example, API 5L PSL1 X42 requires an upper carbon limit of 0.26, while API 5L PSL2 X42 requires an upper carbon limit of 0.24.

The 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil, wear resistant steel plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer, and the alloy wear-resistant layer is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total thickness. The alloy wear-resistant layer and the base plate are metallurgically bonded. When working, the base plate provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.

The preparation of 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil galvanized steel before welding is the same as that of ordinary low-carbon steel. It is necessary to carefully handle the groove size and nearby galvanized layer. In order to achieve penetration, the groove size shall be appropriate, generally 60 ~ 65 °, with a certain gap, generally 1.5 ~ 2.5mm; in order to reduce the penetration of zinc into the weld, the galvanized layer in the groove can be removed before welding. In the practical work, the centralized beveling, no blunt edge technology for 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil centralized control, two-layer welding process, reducing the possibility of incomplete penetration.

After sales service support personnel pay attention to commitment in their work. In the process of people to people communication, mutual trust is an important factor for the long-term and stable communication. After sales service personnel must do what they say in the process of communication with customers.
