Our steel pipes include four major types which are seamless pipe, ERW pipe, LSAW pipe, SSAW pipe, 09CUPTIRE-A steel grade. Seamless pipe supply scope is OD 10.3mm--965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--60mm. The ERW pipes production range from OD 21.3mm--660mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--16mm. LSAW pipes can supply with OD 406mm--1524mm, wall thickness 6mm--50mm. SSAW pipes can produce maximum OD 3500mm, minimum OD 219.1mm, wall thickness 3.2--25.4mm.

Cold rolled 09CUPTIRE-A steel grade steel sheet can be produced by two high mill, four high reversing mill, multi high reversing mill and tandem cold mill. Although there are still only two work rolls in four high and multi high rolling mills, each work roll is supported by one or more large diameter backup rolls, which can prevent deflection of work roll. As a result, wide and thinner 09CUPTIRE-A steel grade steel plates can be produced. For example, 20 high mill can produce as thin as 0. 001 mm sheet, but the two high mill can only produce as thin as 0. 35mm sheet
When phosphorus, copper, chromium, nickel and other trace elements are added to the weathering steel sheet, a dense and strong adhesion protective film will be formed on the steel surface, which will hinder the corrosion from spreading and developing inside, and protect the substrate under the rust layer, so as to slow down the corrosion rate. That is why the weathering steel sheet, 09CUPTIRE-A steel grade has good atmosphere corrosion resistance.
