Alloy steel 09cupcrni-a steel demand plant
The shipbuilding and offshore platform steel plates are our main products. The shipbuilding and offshore platform steel plates are produced according to ASTM A131/A131M technical standard. Our shipbuilding and offshore platform steel plates accept ABS, LR,CCS, RINA, DNV GL, BV, NK, KR, RMRS and so on classification societies’ inspection and will obtain EN10204 3.2 MTC. The typical shipbuilding and offshore platform steel grades are grade A/B/D/E, AH32, DH32, EH32, FH32, AH36, DH36, EH36, FH36, AH40, DH40, EH40, FH40, etc.
Q550C steel belongs to low alloy high strength steel. Chemical composition of Q550C steel: C ≤ 0.18, Si ≤ 0.60, Mn ≤ 2.0, P ≤ 0.030, S ≤ 0.030, Nb ≤ 0.11, V ≤ 0.12, Ti ≤ 0.20, Cr ≤ 0.80, Ni ≤ 0.80, Cu ≤ 0.80, N ≤ 0.015, Mo ≤ 0.30, B ≤ 0.004, Al ≤ 0.015. Mechanical properties of Q550C steel: yield strength ≥ 550 MPa, tensile strength 600-780 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 16%, impact energy ≥ 55J. 09cupcrni-a steel demand, Q550C steel is mainly used for manufacturing various large-scale engineering structural components and construction machinery. Due to its high strength, Q550C steel can meet the requirements of large-scale and lightweight construction machinery.
Due to other non-steel quality reasons caused by the customer dissatisfaction, to timely explain to the customer, and help them solve the problem, for the customer really because of their own reasons, to give patient reply. The process of objection handling is the process of our technical service.
One person familiar with the situation said Germany's ailing ThyssenKrupp Group was in talks with its international counterparts to merge its loss making steel business. The talks will be announced Monday as part of a strategic reform that could include closing or selling assets. Previously, ThyssenKrupp steel Europe, Germany's largest steelmaker, announced a loss in the first half of the group three point seven two 100 million euros four point zero two Billion US dollars). ThyssenKrupp has continued to advocate the benefits of steel integration since it abandoned its joint venture with Tata Steel a year ago to sell its precious elevator division.
