BBN STEEL exported 09CuPCrNi-B sheet coil to Thailand

Our company's technical department is the core department of the whole company. There are a group of very professional technical personnel. Including the evaluation of steel products such as multi steel plate, 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil and steel pipe, grasp the whole production process, and strictly follow the production standards and customer quality requirements.

The surface quality of pickling coil is very good. Compared with ordinary hot-rolled plate, 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil, the surface quality of hot-rolled pickling coil is improved in addition to the oxide scale on the surface, which is convenient for welding, oiling and painting. The accuracy of pickling coil specification is high. After leveling, the shape of the plate changes to a certain extent, thus reducing the deviation of unevenness, improving the surface finish and enhancing the appearance effect of pickling coil.

Cold rolled 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil steel sheet can be produced by two high mill, four high reversing mill, multi high reversing mill and tandem cold mill. Although there are still only two work rolls in four high and multi high rolling mills, each work roll is supported by one or more large diameter backup rolls, which can prevent deflection of work roll. As a result, wide and thinner 09CUPCRNI-B sheet coil steel plates can be produced. For example, 20 high mill can produce as thin as 0. 001 mm sheet, but the two high mill can only produce as thin as 0. 35mm sheet

Square hollow section S355J2H to Turkey. In January of 2015, our customer from Turkey chose us as their supplier of seamless RHS EN10219 S355J2H with a trail order of 120 tons. They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.
