Carbon steel 08cupvre steel property angles

In recent years, in line with the development trend of iron and 08CUPVRE steel property steel industry at home and abroad, we have accelerated the transformation of development mode, promoted structural adjustment, and formed a rich product series of medium and thick plates, hot rolled steel coils, profiles, steel pipes, etc., which 08CUPVRE steel property are widely used in automobiles, long-span bridges, railways, machinery, ocean and so on fields. Meanwhile, we also provide deep processing for the steel materials.

With the development of science, technology and industry, higher requirements are put forward for steel materials, such as higher strength, resistance to high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, corrosion resistance, abrasion, and other special physical and chemical properties. 08CUPVRE steel property, carbon steel can no longer fully meet the requirements, so alloy steel plates appeared. Improving the strength of steel is one of the main purposes of adding alloying elements.

As per JIS G3101 standard, the Carbon (C), Silicon (Si) and Manganese (Mn) content of SS400 steel plate are not controlled. Phosphorus (P) content of 08CUPVRE steel property, JIS SS400 steel plate is 0.050% Max and Sulphur (S) content is 0.050% Max. The SS400 steel melting point is 1430 Degree Celsius, Brinell Hardness is 160HB, density is 7.85g/cm3, Young’s Modulus is 190-210Gpa. The strength and elongation of JIS SS400 steel plate varies with thickness. Generally, the tensile strength of SS400 steel plate is 400-510 Mpa. Elongation is above 21%. Yield strength ≥245Mpa for thickness≤16mm. When the JIS SS400 steel plate is thciker than 100mm, the yield strength shall not less than 205Mpa.

Our company regularly visits customers, consults and follows up the after-sales service, and directly solves problems for customers. In the use of our steel materials, whether quality problems or not, the after-sales will help solve the problem as soon as possible. We promise free life-long replacement for any product quality problems. The sound after-sales service system make you free from worries.
