Effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of 09CuPCrNi-A hardness

We have gradually formed four advantageous products of steel plate, steel pipe, 09CuPCrNi-A hardness, stainless steel and special steel, and established our own processing center to meet the diversified needs of customers. At the same time, we also set up professional environmental protection, baby carriage and other projects. With the professional team and strong background of steel plate, steel pipe, stainless steel and special steel, it will drive the rapid development of other projects.

The outer diameter of the hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally larger than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The diameter of the cold-rolled seamless pipe can be 6mm, the wall thickness can be 0.25mm, the outer diameter of the thin-walled pipe can be 5mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. The size accuracy of the cold-rolled seamless pipe is higher than that of the hot-rolled seamless pipe, 09CuPCrNi-A hardness.

Our company will set up a full-time service engineer for the project, who is responsible for the interface and coordination of technical support and after-sales service of the 09CuPCrNi-A hardness project. In response process of customer service center, in case of technical support and after-sales service demand, the user shall contact the full-time engineer of 09CuPCrNi-A hardness customer service center, and the technical personnel will give corresponding answers and on-site treatment according to the needs of users.

Some 09CuPCrNi-A hardness, low-alloy high-strength steels have good atmospheric corrosion resistance, which can not only improve the effect of anti-corrosion coatings, but also in some cases take appropriate precautions and even be exposed to the atmosphere without coating. Elements that improve atmospheric corrosion resistance are copper, phosphorus, silicon, chromium, nickel, and molybdenum. The excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance has led to the formation of new concepts for structural design of buildings, bridges, and other structures.
