On March 17, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the announcement on increasing the export tax rebate rate of some products, and the relevant adjustments will be implemented from March 20. This adjustment involves 60 tariff numbers of steel products. After the adjustment, the material of 09CuPCrNi-A etc. steel products with the original export tax rebate rate of 10% will be fully refunded, which is great news for both steel exporters and our customers.

09CuPCrNi-A steel belongs to weathering steel. Through alloying of Cu, Mn, Si, Al and simply adjusting part of element content of ordinary low carbon steel (Q235 steel), economic weathering material of 09CuPCrNi-A steel with good atmospheric corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties can be produced without changing the production process of Q235 steel. 09CuPCrNi-A steel is mainly used for railway, vehicle, bridge, tower and other steel structures exposed to the atmosphere for a long time.

The main raw material of material of 09CuPCrNi-A, hot rolling coil is billet. After heating the billet, the strip made from the coarse and fine rolling mill is cooled to a certain temperature by specific cooling, and then the cooled steel strip is made into rolled steel strip by coiler. But generally, according to the buyer's demand, the manufacturer can further process the cooled steel strip into steel plate or flat coil and other products.
