hot rolled 08CuPVRE steel Vs A 36 Steel

hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel, Q460 material is a low-alloy high-strength steel. Q stands for the strength of steel. 460 means that plastic deformation occurs only when the strength of the steel reaches 460MPa. That is, when the external force is released, the steel can only maintain the shape of the force and cannot return to its original shape. This strength is greater than that of ordinary steel. Tensile strength is 550-720MPa, elongation: 17%, Q460 material is made by adding Cr, N, V, Ti and other alloying elements on the basis of 16Mn steel.

Boilers with different parameters, different capacities, and different structures have different hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel, steel consumption rates. Boilers with small capacity and high steam parameters have high steel consumption. Boilers with low steam parameters mainly use low-carbon steel, while boilers with high parameters use a larger amount of heat-resistant alloy steel, and their cost is much higher. In addition, because the once-through boiler has no steam drum or downcomer, steel consumption has also been reduced.

We do sand blasting and shop primer for various hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer hot rolled 08CUPVRE steel thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.

Adhere to the spirit of quality first and user foremost, carry out maintenance and other work according to the requirements of the buyer's contract, and ensure that the engineering project and product after-sales play their application effectiveness. Our company guarantees to carry out self inspection and self supervision according to the quality management policy proposed by our company, and deliver a high-grade, perfect and excellent system engineering to users.
