Hot Rolled 09CuPCrNi-A hardness Boiler Steel

ASTM A242 has 2 grades: Type 1 and Type 2, while type 1 is the most used structural steel grade. Usually 09CuPCrNi-A hardness it is produced to be hot rolled state, it is suitable for cutting, forming, drilling and machining, grinding.

Due to its high energy and good penetration performance, and the smoothness of the 09CuPCrNi-A hardness steel plate itself, ultrasound is often used to detect defects such as inclusions, shrinkage holes, bubbles, and cracks in the steel plate.

Both parties shall confirm the 09CuPCrNi-A hardness material object and the quality of the products, confirm the reasons for the defects and the quality of the products, and sign the quality inspection agreement. Major quality objections shall be reported to relevant leaders in a timely manner, and shall be discussed and solved with the 09CuPCrNi-A hardness steel plant.
