Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized hot rolled 09CUPCRNI-B are higher than that of annealed hot rolled 09CUPCRNI-B, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of hot rolled 09CUPCRNI-B is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.

We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product hot rolled 09CUPCRNI-B annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.
