Hot rolled 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment vs stainless steel

Seamless steel tubes for high-pressure boilers are mainly used in pipes, headers, economizers, superheaters and heat exchangers of high-pressure boilers. The working pressure of seamless steel tubes for high-pressure boilers is generally above 9.8 MPa and the working temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃. The main grades of seamless steel tubes for high pressure boilers are 15CrMoG, 12CR2MOG, 12Cr1MoV, 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment, etc.. For the seamless steel tubes used for high pressure boilers, their service environment and related properties are also different for different grades.

Peritectic reaction often occurs in the process of cooling and solidification of wear-resistant steel plate, 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment, and accompanied by this reaction, there will be greater volume change and linear shrinkage, which is mainly due to the hot cracking of continuous casting slab in the casting process. In the mold, the heat load transmitted from the billet is too much or uneven around the meniscus of molten steel, resulting in uneven heating, which is more likely to produce longitudinal cracks.

Most common 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment steel plates are rolled by hot rolling or controlled rolling. Compared with the general hot rolling process, the advantages of controlled rolling are: the strength and low temperature toughness of steel plates are greatly improved by controlled rolling to refine grains. In addition, the controlled rolling process can give full play to the role of Microalloying Elements Nb, V and Ti, not only play a role of precipitation strengthening, but also refine the grains, and improve the toughness of the rolled 09CuPTiRE-B heat treatment steel plates.

Respect customers and treat each other sincerely. Customers are always right. Always remember that the user is the God of the enterprise, respect the customer, and accept the customer's opinion modestly is the guarantee of the long-term development of the enterprise. Adhere to this concept, so that the service and the product are the same, long-term.
