Boiler steel mainly refers to materials used to make superheaters, main steam pipes and heating surfaces of boiler fire chambers. Boiler steel is a totally different material from hot rolled 09CuPTiRE-B. The performance requirements for boiler steel are mainly good welding performance, certain high temperature strength, alkali corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. Commonly used boiler steels include open-hearth smelted low-carbon killed steel or electric furnace smelted low-carbon steel, with carbon content Wc in the range of 0.16%-0.26%. When manufacturing high-pressure boilers, pearlitic heat-resistant steel or austenitic heat-resistant steel is used. In recent years, ordinary low-alloy steel has also been used to build boilers.

Weathering steel generally adopts the process route of fine material into the furnace-smelting (converter, electric furnace-microalloying treatment-argon blowing-LF refining-low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire)-controlled rolling and cooling. The scrap steel is added into the furnace together with the charge, and smelted according to the conventional process. After the hot rolled 09CuPTiRE-B steel is tapped, deoxidizers and alloys are added. After the molten steel is treated with argon blowing, the molten steel is cast. By adding rare earth elements to the steel, the hot rolled 09CuPTiRE-B weathering steel is purified and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.

In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, hot rolled 09CuPTiRE-B I beam and other profile steel to local market.

We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.
