The steel plate for hull structure is also called marine plate or shipbuilding steel. Due to the harsh working environment of the ship, the hull shell is subject to the chemical corrosion of seawater, so the requirements for steel for the hull structure are strict. First of all, good toughness for marine plate usage of 08CUPVRE steelis the most critical requirement. In addition, it requires higher strength, good corrosion resistance, welding performance, processing performance and surface quality.
S355J2 steel plate usage of 08CUPVRE steel rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the usage of 08CUPVRE steel single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
The Indonesia INKA is the only train carriage maker for railway industry in Indonesia. We cooperated with them since 2012 and supply them SPA-H steel. The SPA-H steel is used by them to fabricate train carriage. We have huge stocks for SPA-H steel and can arrange delivery for them in short time after receiving order. Meanwhile, our product usage of 08CUPVRE steel quality has passed their test for so many times use. Therefore, they trust us and give us repeat orders regularly. And we also do our best to support them and have never let them down though past cooperations.
