The 05CuPCrNi steel is a highly cost effective alternative
As people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of various steel processing products, the market demand for 05CUPCRNI steel, pickling steel coils is getting better and better. At present, they are mainly concentrated in the automotive industry, compressor industry, machinery manufacturing industry, spare parts processing industry, fan Industry, motorcycle industry, steel furniture, hardware accessories, electric cabinet shelves and various shapes of stamping parts. With the advancement of technology, hot-rolled pickled steel plates are currently involved in home appliances, containers, electrical control cabinets and other industries.
The development 05CUPCRNI steel of the company comes from the resource advantage, service advantage, logistics advantage and brand advantage established over the years, and it is also inseparable from the full support of new and old customers. We will uphold the support of all sectors of society, actively provide users with 05CUPCRNI steel high-quality and efficient services, work together for win-win, and create a better tomorrow!
Quenching is a common heat treatment process. It is the metal heat treatment process in which the 05CUPCRNI steel metal workpiece is heated to a proper temperature and kept for a period of time, then immersed in the quenching medium for rapid cooling. Quenching can improve the strength and hardness of steel in a large range, and adjust the coordination between 05CUPCRNI steel strength and hardness, plasticity and toughness. Quenching is generally used as the final heat treatment.
Composition characteristics of low alloy structural steel, 05CUPCRNI steel: (1) Low carbon: the carbon content of low alloy structural steel is less than 0.20% due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold formability. (2) The alloy elements such as manganese are added. (3) The addition of Nb, Ti or V and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of Nb, Ti or V forms fine carbides or carbonitrides in the steel, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of low alloy structural steel. In addition, adding a small amount of copper (≤ 0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%) can improve the corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of rare earth elements can remove sulfur and gas, purify the steel, and improve the toughness and process performance of low alloy structural steel.
Before delivering our hot rolled plate product we apply various tests to check the quality of carbon steel 05CUPCRNI steel plates such as- mechanical test, chemical test, hardness test, toughness test, eddy current test, impact test, micro test, flaring test, flattening test, etc. We are provided best packing for structural steel plates to avoid rust. Our after-sales service team will contact you if you have any question.
