The 08cupvre sheet yield strength from BBN

Our company has sales department, technology department, quality inspection department, after-sales department, logistics department. Each department has professional knowledge and high professional quality, put customers first, think about the interests of customers, actively communicate with customers and solve problems smoothly.

Compared with carbon steel, low alloy steel has many advantages, such as high strength, good plasticity and toughness, good weldability, good cold and hot pressure processing performance, better corrosion resistance, etc. Due to the increase of 08CUPVRE sheet metal composition, the yield point of low alloy steel structure is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, so it is light and suitable for structural parts application. The low alloy steel is one of our main products.

Our company is located in the Central Plains, Zhengzhou City, convenient transportation. There is the largest Xinzheng airport, welcome customers from all over the world to visit our company. Our factories are all located near the port. The logistics is very convenient, which can save the delivery time.

S355J2 steel plate 08CUPVRE sheet rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the 08CUPVRE sheet single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
