The development of 09CuPTiRE-B size range is of great significance
A588 Gr B is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel suitable for welding, riveting or bolting. It is mainly used for welding bridges and buildings. It is very important in reducing weight or increasing durability. In most environments, the atmospheric corrosion resistance of 09CuPTiRE-B size range, A588 Gr B steel is much better than that of carbon structural steel with or without copper.
09CuPTiRE-B size range annealing is to heat the steel to 30 ~ 50℃ above the critical temperature, keep it in the heat treatment furnace for a period of time, and then cool it down to room temperature with the furnace. The purpose of 09CuPTiRE-B size range annealing is to refine the grain of steel, eliminate internal stress and reduce hardness, improve cutting performance, increase toughness and plasticity, and facilitate welding and rolling processes. 09CuPTiRE-B size range annealing can be complete annealing, incomplete annealing, stress relief annealing, isothermal annealing and spheroidizing annealing.
Rolled sheet is a very common material in industrial construction. Rolled sheet at room temperature is cold-rolled sheet, and cold-rolled sheet is the rolling of hot-rolled coils below the recrystallization temperature. The hot-rolled sheet is rolled above the recrystallization temperature. So what is the difference between 09CuPTiRE-B size range, hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet?
According to the data released by the Japan iron and Steel Union (JISF), the export volume of Japanese steel in the second quarter of 2020 09CuPTiRE-B size range is about 4.959 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.2%; the export volume in the first half of 2020 is about 11.07 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.8%. It has been revealed that the year-on-year increase in export volume does not mean that Japan's export 09CuPTiRE-B size range situation of Pugang is better in the first half of the year, but only because the base number of the same period last year is too low.
