The preparations before quality 09CuPCrNi-B steel cutting
The hot rolling method is to heat the quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel steel material to about 1000 ℃ ~ 1250 ℃ and use the rolling mill to roll it. The traditional hot rolling process is generally divided into the following two steps: the first step is to use the primary rolling mill or billet rolling mill to roll the ingot, billet or continuous casting billet into a certain shape and size of billet. This kind of quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel rolling process is usually called semi-finished product production, also called blank production.
The production method of seamless steel pipe can be roughly divided into cross rolling method (menesmann method) and extrusion method. The cross rolling method (menesmann method) is to pierce the tube blank with the cross roll first, and then extend it with the rolling mill. This method is fast in production, but requires high machinability of tube blank. It is mainly suitable for producing carbon steel and low alloy steel tube, quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel tube.
Since it was established in 2000. Based on the domestic rich quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel product resources and the great steel demand of the international market, our quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel service has already spread many countries in Europe , America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa, etc, and we have won an outstanding reputation for its professional exporting steel products
According to the new report of the World Steel Association (worldsteel), the world crude steel production for the 64 countries has reached to143.3 million tonnes (Mt) in February 2020, a 2.8% increase compared to February 2019. China’s quality 09CUPCRNI-B steel, crude steel production for February 2020 was 74.8 Mt, an increase of 5.0% compared to February 2019. India produced 9.6 Mt of crude steel in February 2020, up 1.5% on February 2019. Japan produced 7.9 Mt of crude steel in February 2020, up 2.2% on February 2019.
