What is the 09CuPTiRE-B weathering finishing line

Japan's crude steel production is expected to fall 25.9% in the April June quarter from a year earlier, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said Thursday. The Ministry of Economy and Industry quoted an industry survey report as saying that the demand for 09CuPTiRE-B weathering and so on steel products (including export products) in April June is expected to drop 18.1% to 18.28 million tons from the same period last year. At the same time, steel exports in the current quarter will decline by 21.4% year-on-year.The wear-resistant layer of 09CuPTiRE-B weathering wear-resistant steel plate is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are added. The carbide in the microstructure is distributed in the form of fiber, and the direction of the fiber is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbides can reach hv1700-2000 and HRC58-62 respectively. The alloy 09CuPTiRE-B weathering carbide has strong stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally within 500 ℃.Q420C steel belongs to low alloy high strength steel. Q420 is named as the steel with yield strength of 420MPa, C means the impact temperature is 0 ℃, and Q is the abbreviation of yield strength. Chemical composition of Q420C steel: C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.50, Mn ≤ 1.70, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035, Nb ≤ 0.07, V ≤ 0.20, Ti ≤ 0.20, Cr ≤ 0.30, Ni ≤ 0.80, Cu ≤ 0.30, N ≤ 0.015, Mo ≤ 0.20. The mechanical properties of Q420C steel are: yield strength ≥ 340 Mpa, tensile strength 500-680 Mpa, elongation after fracture ≥ 18%, impact energy 34J. 09CuPTiRE-B weathering, Q420C steel has good mechanical properties and weldability, good cold and hot workability.After-sales service is an important part of measuring a product good or not. After sales service can't be ignored. Good service can really make consumers feel relieved. We have always done a good job in after-sales service, so as to bring consumers a better reference when purchasing and a better experience during use of our steel materials. We will call back and follow up the performance of our steel products regularly.
