Grade standard of 05CuPCrNi steel for welded boilers
SA387Gr11CL2 is a Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel, which is mostly used in coke drums. Gr11 is the grade (specifically 11 refers to Cr1.25, Mo0.50), and Cl2 is the category according to the heat treatment state (annealing state) of your material to select the corresponding strength, which is divided by composition and strength. SA387 material is suitable for refining and gas treatment in hydrogenation reaction and conversion equipment at high temperature. The thickness of the steel plate standard of 05CUPCRNI steel can reach 250mm.
When the stainless steel plate is alloyed with chromium, the type of surface oxide is changed to that formed on pure chromium metal. This tightly adherent chromium rich oxide protects the surface from further oxidation. This kind of oxide layer is very thin, through which we can see the natural luster of the steel surface, so that standard of 05CUPCRNI steel, stainless steel has a unique surface.
Blast furnace ironmaking is a traditional ironmaking method based on coke energy. It cooperates with converter steelmaking and is the main method of producing standard of 05CUPCRNI steel steel at present. This dominance of blast furnace ironmaking is not expected to change for quite a long time. The essence of blast furnace ironmaking is the reduction of iron. Besides, coke is used as fuel and reducing agent. At high temperatures, iron ore or iron-containing raw materials are reduced from an oxide or mineral state to liquid pig iron.
